·         Payment must be made within 3 biz days of order, after which the order will be void

·         For hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for purchases

·         We will not be responsible for loss of parcels during delivery

·         All items which are pre-order basis of about 2 weeks to reach your home after the closing date.

·         Only order if you are willing to wait & subjected to availability from factory.

·         We will provide a full refund to the goods which is OUT OF STOCK. GUARANTEE MONEY BACK.

·         Be considered that the colors/visual effects of the actual item might vary due to the graphic of the display and lighting effects.

·         All the goods are checked thoroughly before dispatching them to you. However the product may be damaged in the case upon delivery. We will not be held responsible for that matter.

·         Actual stocks that customer received may vary 1cm to 2cm due to the methods of cut and measure on fabrics.

·         Once order is placed, buyer agrees with all the terms & condition.

• Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable/Non-refundable if the items are:

1. Back-outs
2. Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.
3. Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)
4. Because we check every single item to ensure there are no major defects before sending it out to you, we will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction on the products.
5. We will check on the colour regularities, stitchings, and loose threads to ensure our customers the quality of our products :)
